Is there an annual discount?
Yes. 20% off every self-serve SaaS tier when billed annually. Example: $99 / mo Starter becomes about $79 / mo billed annually. Enterprise contracts (Kill Switch, GuardGate, Edge Firewall) are negotiated separately.
What about Kill Switch and Edge Firewall enterprise pilots?
Kill Switch is sales-led only: 30-day paid pilot at $2,500 / month minimum, then 1 to 3 basis points of portfolio volume. Edge Firewall enterprise tiers (above the $25 / mo hosted plan) are scoped per deployment. Both include an MPA addendum and dedicated onboarding.
Why is GuardGate priced as Contact Sales?
GuardGate is the agent authorization firewall. Pricing depends on volume, identity-system integration (ERC-8004, MCP-I, OPRF), and SLA. We price each deployment against the customer’s risk surface, not a published rate card.
Do you publish an SLA?
Sentinela Pro and Enterprise carry a 99.9% SLA. Free and Developer tiers run on best-effort. Kill Switch pilots include incident response commitments documented in the MPA addendum.
